By accessing or using the Herbovera website, mobile application or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Marketplace

Herbovera operates as a multi-vendor online marketplace. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Herbovera is not the manufacturer of third-party products listed by sellers.

2. Seller Responsibility

The relevant seller is responsible for product legality, authenticity, quality, quantity, description, packaging, labelling and applicable statutory compliance.

3. Product Information

Sellers must provide accurate and complete information, including product description, quantity, price, applicable taxes, ingredients where applicable, expiry/best-before information, origin where applicable, and return/refund terms.

4. Prices

Prices and applicable charges are displayed on the platform. The price applicable at successful order placement will ordinarily apply, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

5. Orders

An order may be cancelled or declined where a product is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, fraud is suspected, a legal restriction applies, payment is unsuccessful, or for other reasons permitted by law.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Users must provide accurate payment information.

7. Delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Delays may occur because of logistics disruptions, weather, natural events, regulatory restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

8. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

These are governed by the Herbovera Return, Refund & Replacement Policy and the product-specific policy shown at purchase. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Prohibited Products

Sellers must not list illegal, prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe or otherwise restricted products.

10. Health and Medical Claims

Product information must not contain false, misleading or unsupported medical or disease-cure claims. Platform information is not medical advice.

11. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their account.

12. Reviews

Reviews must be genuine and based on actual experience. Fraudulent, abusive, defamatory or misleading content may be removed subject to applicable law and policy.

13. Intellectual Property

Herbovera's name, logo, platform design, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

14. Suspension

Herbovera may suspend or terminate accounts or listings for violations, fraud, unlawful activity, prohibited products, repeated complaints or regulatory non-compliance.

15. Marketplace Role and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Herbovera's role as a marketplace facilitator does not make it the manufacturer of third-party products. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer and other applicable laws, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts/authorities at [City, State].

Herbovera may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the platform
