Prohibited & Restricted Products

Sellers must not list products prohibited by Indian law or by Herbovera's marketplace rules.

Examples include counterfeit products, stolen goods, illegal drugs, unsafe or adulterated products, expired products, products requiring a licence that the seller does not hold, and other prohibited or restricted categories.

Additional restrictions may apply to medicines, medical products, food, supplements, cosmetics, chemicals, weapons, tobacco/nicotine, alcohol and other regulated categories.

Herbovera may request documentation, suspend listings or restrict seller accounts where required.
