Seller Policy

Effective Date: [01/11/2026]

This Seller Agreement applies between Herbovera and each registered seller.

1. Registration

Seller must provide accurate business and identity information and any documents reasonably required for verification.

2. Documents

Depending on the product and business, Herbovera may request PAN, GSTIN, bank details, address proof, business registration, FSSAI registration/licence, product-specific licences and brand/manufacturer authorization.

3. Product Listing

Seller may list only legally saleable products and must ensure that listings are accurate and not misleading.

4. Compliance

Seller must comply with all applicable laws relating to product safety, food, packaging, labelling, consumer protection, taxation, intellectual property and regulated products.

5. Orders

Seller must process and dispatch accepted orders within the applicable time.

6. Complaints and Returns

Seller must cooperate with Herbovera's customer complaints, return, refund and replacement procedures.

7. Seller Settlement

Seller settlement will be made after applicable commission, payment processing fees, shipping charges, refunds, taxes and other agreed deductions.

Settlement cycle: [T+7 / T+10 / T+15 days]

8. Performance

Herbovera may monitor cancellation rate, return rate, complaint rate, late dispatch, ratings and authenticity/regulatory complaints.

9. Suspension

Listings or accounts may be suspended for serious or repeated violations.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, seller will be responsible for claims arising from its products, listings, representations or non-compliance.

11. Acceptance

Registration and acceptance of this Agreement constitutes acceptance of these Seller Terms
